I tried this option labelstr "DailySet1-[0-9][0-9]*" creating another DLE.
Still getting same error while running 'amcheck DailySet19' and tape rotation
is not working:

I assume the problem is here:
labelstr "DailySet1"
That should be something like:
labelstr "DailySet1-[0-9][0-9]*" "
otherwise every tape has the same label.
