This header was probably there before the message was scanned by
amavisd-new on your system, show the rest of the header.

If is was spam according to your system, it would say something like:

X-Spam-Status: Yes, hits=5 required=5 tests=[BAYES_60=1, DCC_CHECK=2,
 RCVD_IN_BL_SPAMCOP_NET=2]
X-Spam-Level: *****
X-Spam-Flag: YES
