Do doubt. With this I was thinking about the scenario of transferring
from an old config to a new. To be more specific, one should probably
not transfer over some older style standard settings that have been
replaced, such as $log_templ, $viruses_that_fake_sender_re,
$keep_decoded_original_re and this section:

$gzip
$bzip2
$lzop
$uncompress
$unfreeze
$arc
$unarj
$unrar
$zoo
$lha
$cpio

which has been replaced by with the @decoders list.
