Resent from a machine in one of your domains?

Are either one of the IP addresses shown above included in the range
of IP addresses in @mynetworks in amavisd.conf?

How about, mail comes in and gets tagged. Then the message is resent
(redirected) and the machine doing the resending is included in the
policy bank (or it gets a much lower score than before for some other
reason)? Are both of the domains above yours? If not, why would a
sender from outside your domain have a Resent-Message-ID header from
inside your domain? However, consider that I may be confused.
