Hi, I'm no expert in Linux and especially not amavis, so please bear that in mind.
I did an Debian apt-get upgrade a few days ago, and since about then (not sure it's due to the upgrade though) I get these errors for every mail amavis is trying to put in quarantine: May 22 22:07:57 moria amavis[9680]: (09680-01-15) (!)451 4.5.0 Local delivery(1) to /var/lib/amavis/virusmails/W/spam-WuXUTlSaCg9b.gz failed: Can't call method "value" on an undefined value at /usr/share/ perl5/IO/Compress/RawDeflate.pm line 98. The "evidence" saved in amavis/tmp looks like a normal (spam) mail. A mail that WAS put in quarantine in the same directory (W) has the following header: X-Amavis-Alert: BAD HEADER MIME error: error: unexpected end of preamble Not sure how to fix this and can't find anything useful when searching the net or the amavis site.
