If you read a few lines further down in the same release notes,
you'd notice that it's preferred to add SpamAssassin rules to
add scores on hits from @virus_name_to_spam_score_maps, instead of
using high score values directly in @virus_name_to_spam_score_maps.
This way SA has a chance to counteract potential false positives
from ClamAV/SaneSecurity rules.
