How to fix?

Tell the site admin at *belfort-fr' that he can't just make up the rules as
he goes along if he wants to communicate with the outside world.

Specifically, a decimal 204  isn't a valid hostname in todays internet.

More specifically, you can't use non encoded 8 bit data in headers.

However, if you want to accept email from people who have no regard for the
rules, you can disable header checks in amavisd.  At least in recent
versions you can.

Google for disable header checks for amavisd.
