after a bunch of work.... that did.. I do get this non fatal error
defined(%hash) is deprecated at /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.12.1/ 
Mail/SpamAssassin/Dns.pm line 757.

I will admit the stale dependicies seem impossible but i had been  
working on it
