When a cluster is in secure mode, there are additional manual steps that need
to be performed when adding a new host component to an existing host.
Upon selecting which component to install on the Host Detail page, we normally
display a confirmation popup.
In this popup show the following content iff security is turned on:
"You are running your cluster in secure mode. You must set up the keytab for
<component-name> on <host-name> before you proceed. Otherwise, the component
will not be able to start properly. OK Cancel" - we'll expand on this text
later, but it's use that for now.
