Resolution: Fixed
Initial implementation done. I have included a default configuration in the
config-templates module and added a basic intergration test.
Right now you need to manually replace cassandra storage wit this one if you
want to use it Next step will be to create a devserver profile that actually
includes this and other fs storage providers.
