Closed issue with these final comments:
- Regarding the hashcodes: I was under the assumption that each tenant was
stored in its own file with is own hashcode, appearently it is not so drop that
comment.
- Moving generic FSstore logic can indeed been picked up later on. We can do so
when implementing the next FSstore
- Same for caching; we can implement it when there is an obvious need for it
