Description: Tenant awareness of the OAuthTokenProvider is not properly
implemented. It defines 'regular' service dependencies with the
TokenStorageProvider, OAuthNonceStorageProvider and
OAuthServiceConsumerRegistry. The first two are not implemented tenant aware,
but the last one is. They should all be implemented tenant aware. (was: Tenant
