Bram de Kruijff updated AMDATU-447:
-----------------------------------

    Attachment: SimpleBenchMark.patch

With attached simple benchmark the performance seems to degrade by about 6% in
these measurements. However, I can not reproduce the reported effect in any
way. Maybe it is in keep-alive or something else.

Can you provide a test that does reproduce the effect. Eg something we can
deploy onto the platform release?

> When measuring the performance of a simple servlet with JMeter, there is a
> significant difference between the performance of the 0.1.1 and 0.2.1
> releases.
> This seems to be caused by the update of the org.apache.felix.http.jetty
> library from 2.0.4 to 2.2.0. When using the old library in the 0.2.1
> releases, the performance is good again.
> With 40 concurrent threads, the 2.0.4 version can handle 4640 req/sec, the
> 2.2.0 version 1080 req/sec.
