Had to make a some changes to get this to work for me so please have a look.
Note that point 5 is just a copy from the old code. I'm not even sure if we
actually need to embed the commons-logging artifact?
1) set parent.version to 0.3.0-SNAPSHOT for new artifacts
2) removed old and added new artifacts to itest fixture
3) removed old and added new artifacts to release assembly
4) refactored forwarder packages to match pom settings
5) added dynamicimport for several packages
