Resolution: Won't Fix
For reasons documented in above comments we will not use the performance test
framework in Amdatu Platform.
Instead benchmark testing will be done using the integrated integration test
framework. An initial benchmark measuring raw servlet invocation performance
hase been added to the web itest suite.
