A lot has been removed already, but we still have two core components c(onfig
templates and useradmin fs store) that have (required) config dependencies on
basically no more then the name of a work directory. These are the created
relative to a system property managed basedir.
1) We could have perfectly valid default for these?
2) Why not use the osgi data dir by default?
Note that we will be able to generically manage the latter per tenant, whereas
no the ua fs store implementation does some custom magic.
