I might have forgotten to include this in the patch, but css_cookie.js is not
included in the commmit. I will attach an extra patch for this.
Also, the folder jquery-ui-images folder in
amdatu-opensocial\opensocial-dashboard\src\main\resources\static\css can be
removed, just as the jquery-ui css file there, as it should no longer be used
(and it isn't, as far as I know)
