Remove the log forwarder for JDK logging and document our logging policy

The current implementation does not and cannot work like this, so we're going
to remove this bundle from the platform.
Besides, it makes little sense to support a forwarder for only the JDK logger
and not for the 42 other logging frameworks out there. We will start solving
this differently. Everything in Amdatu should log to LogService. If you use a
third party library that does not, you are responsible for redirecting the log
to LogService in your bundle. Document this in a logging guideline.
