The ACE issues fixed are:
- https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ACE-164 (Retrieving targets throws
StatefulGatewayObject is not backed by a GatewayObject);

IndexOutOfBoundsException for new targets);

target through REST API causes internal error);
