Further enhanced unit tests to test for CFs updated using a 'blank' CfDef. Note that a CfDef does not contain a flag for the column type. So without explicitly setting it, it would reset it to STANDARD, resulting in a ThriftExceptions for SUPER CFs.
Changed the client to ignore this setting, which means that you can now update CFs without explicitly setting the column type. If you set the column type to the incorrect type, it will be ignored.
if you change the comparator type (ie from bytes to utf8), a ThriftException will be thrown.
