I have ran RAT for a couple of sub projects and it seems to work. All our licensed files pass the test, while our unlicensed files do not. The only problem is that I can't seem to exclude the resources folder, so the build fails everytime on the resource files, since they have no header.
Locally, I have integrated the RAT plugin in the build (the plugin is executed with the release profile).
