I have added configuration to the checkstyle plugin and the parent pom so that now the checkstyle checks if all java files contain our header. This can be extended, so that it will check other files as well, if necessary.

For this to work properly and clean, I have created a new bundle (etc/header), which contains a file containing the header used within Amdatu. Both the checkstyle and the maven plugin make use of this new module.

Finally, I have updated the headers of all java files, to prevent build failure.

All changes are pushed.
