Bob,
I am running Parallels 3.0 build 5584 with OS X 10.5.2 and they work
fine together.
I run windows XP SP2 and AmiBroker all day, every day, with all my
other OS X programs.
The latest Parallels beta works with XP SP3, but I have not upgraded
yet as I prefer to wait for the official release.
