Ciao all,

I have a suggestion for some more sound event: a sample when someone
OPS me, another one when I can't join a channel and different sounds
for different CTCP commands and for kicks and bans.
The optimum can be a setting page where I can match samples with
words or commands typed in the channel !!
Other suggestions welcome.
