Now you're talkin'...   I will see what I can hack out...

We have bots that allow us to do the lookups, but I can see where people
could use a script to do this.  I will pull the country list from the
dancer source, and see if I can get you a way to at least do:

/country .sg   and have it return:
 
.sg is Singapore (Hsing-chia p'o Kung-ho Kuo / Republik Singapura / Republic of 
Singapore)

And possibly even /country <name of country>, which would be a little more
difficult...
