Okay, I hacked it out in a simple way... But it could really be expanded.
Right now, you simply make an alias:
/alias Country /rx AmIRC:Rexx/Country.amirx %p
Then type:
/country .br and it returns brazil.
/country Brazil returns the information for brazil also.
I could expand this to allow the following:
Added to a join script to display the country of anyone joining who
comes in with a host (doing IP's is a bit more complex of course).
Allow you to type /country .cn/Country/Nick
This would allow you to specify a nick to check the country of, and
if that person was not found in the channel list, then assume you are
asking about a specify country... parse for .xxxx and if the '.' is
found, then lookup as a country.
However, I have placed the silly thing on my FTP.
ftp.amicon.net, in the dir AmIRC/ as CountryAmirx100.LhA
Let me know if it blows up or something...
