Just got home from base last nite and installed 3.0, wheee its good lookin
=)
Anyways, i might have found a bug in the new logging system, being a
demanding SOB i wanted to try and have my logfiles in the format:
CH_ChannelName.ServerName.Date,
and ditto for Nicknames..... now =P It seems that most of the times this
will of course be a bit longer than what is accepted for a filename by
AmIRC, the result was some devastating Crashes when trying to join channels
or Talk to people in MSG. Call me stupid for wanting this for my log in teh
first place, but it should have some security feature to avoid crashes no?
Im not running any special patches on my comp as im aware of at least, so i
cant get myself to blame them.
And another few things, it would be nice if the FKeys inputs would support
colour directly too, i think a few others also lacked this. Love the
colours btw =)
If the /list window could support colours it would be nice too.
And please please please Olli, can we have dynamic plugin loading.
Its not really fun developing Plugins when you have to close AmIRC, kill
libs and then restart just to see if one little change worked.
Ummm... Olli.... why did you decrease the number of chars accepted in the
FKeys?? you broke most of my old FKeys... or is there any setting or
something for it somewhere.... and, is it only me, or is the topic lenght
restricted now? Some servers support longer topics than AmIRC apparently.
*shrug*
