You do 'setenv TIADCC "<IP> <BOTTOM PORT> <TOP PORT>"' the file is in
ENV: But this is pointless if your provider does not redirect a group of
ports to your machine. The incoming request on port XYZ will not be
redirect to you .. thus AmIRC will not get it.. mabey you can request the
ISP to give you a few ports... 1 port for each dcc connection. I use to
use only 3. Without the redirect the request will never reach you.
