Unless you have some weird hack AmIRC reads env:TIADCC fine. Again if the
'router' is not fwd ports 8662->8672 then it wont work anyways. It only
reads it when it is going to send.

If you run TIA or slirp on your shell account to access the net then you
need the a config file to tell tia/slirp to foward ports to you.. if not
no.
