[amirc] ctcp server

Hello,

Is there a chance that sometime in the future we will see a CTCP Server in
AmIRC ?  Its a good idea, as you could easily set up a ctcp command that
would do a certain thing, like send a file, etc.. without the need to make
a script just for a little thing..  Or change your VERSION and FINGER
replies etc...  and maybe even have a random option?

If you dont know what i mean by a ctcp server, check out xchat or
BlackIRC...
