Here is the reason why dal.net is so lagged: http://x71.deja.com/=dnc/[ST_rn=ps]/getdoc.xp?AN=709005734&CONTEXT=977940214.1062469639&hitnum=0 ..and I can take a hunch who may be at fault because he hates dal.net.
