[AMRadio] Valiant problems

Well i guess i just love pain and trouble hi.  picked up another valiant 
friday.. it is working for now .. going to move the old one to the bench 
and start recapping. have about 1/2 the ordered caps in not so figured i 
would get started.. got to order the silver mic's next. thanks W5SUM for 
the info
