Hi Brian: Well, I have called VHF Nets for years and as long as I stay in there
and "stir the pot", we have some activity but when I stop stirring, the net goes kaput. I own more AM gear than most hams have on all bands and I have my ARC-4 nearly on the air. Have not had one on in nearly 50 years. Why? because I dearly like ole Mil gear.
