What about the rest of the planet? Do they require code? I sure wish everyone could agree on 40 meters at night, is it ham or broadcast?
Can someone tell me what class licenses there are now, and what is needed to get what class? No code I guess, so its just a test? Where do you get the test, at a fest? Since I have an old 13 wpm general class, I should upgrade to the top I guess.
