You are mistaken. Click on WIN FONT and your font will be instantly downloaded. Some fonts are only partial in that they don't have lower case or punctuation or numbers. But many if not most of them are complete. And the ones that aren't generally cost a measly 5 bucks to get whatever is missing.
Ever tried to build a font? The time required is significant. And it's tedious work.
