My serious guess is that ICOM will bring out a IC-910H replacement, if you look at their recent offerings then there's really only the IC-910H which could be upgraded. The IC-703 has been discontinued, so unless there's a new QRP rig in the works then I hope there will be a new VHF/UHF/SHF radio.
Kenwood - very unlikely, their next two major radios will be HF+6m. Yaesu - who knows? Would be good though.
