How the two work together is not obvious but it does seem that the packet shuts down the voice repeater for a period of time. What makes the voice repeater start up again is not clear. I decoded some packets on this pass. I have the TNC set to Date/Time stamp the packets so we know exactly when they were received. The clock is accurate to within a few seconds.
