The last two decent ISS passes for my location, when the ISS has been in packet mode, have been nothing but "FM RS0ISS to CO2SR" and other CO2SR messages. Its been so bad that its almost impossible to get any messages up-linked as there is hardly any space in between messages - I saw a couple of others get through but CO2SR (Armando in Cuba) seems to have every pass sewn up).
