Hi Gordon,

I don't recall that when I signed up.  Unless they changed the setup or it's 
"different" for DX stations, I'm not certain.  So basically, they are 
looking for a copy of your license, which has your address on it and say an 
envelope with your telephone,electric bill or some form of "official" 
business entity that can be cross referenced to confirm you and your QTH.
