Hi,
first, you say a bug report is sent, what is that bug ? you could at least
give us the bug id you got after sending the bug, or copy paste the
"details" information on the bug...
apart from that, it seems you're using v4l2 driver, you should try the v4l
driver by deleting the msn/utils/linux/capture/libng/plugins/drv0-v4l2.so
file
and try again and give us feedback...

screen, these lines are printed on the terminal I ran amsn from:

However, the test.tcl scripts runs fine, but not the "webcam chooser"
