It is good to have aMSN integrate in the user's desktop as well as possible. I 
think an Ubuntu package should be 'tuned' for Ubuntu. So as we have an Ubuntu 
skin, that one should be the default one on Ubuntu...
The same goes for any other package: it should default to a skin that matches 
the default look of the distro, if such a skin is available. Otherwise it 
should use our default skin.
