That's true for me too, but of course, there might be people wanting to have 
sound while they are busy chatting, and have no sound when they are doing 
something else (for example).

In general: think of something crazy, and if you just try, you can always find 
someone who wants it :-P

Anyway, 'Enable sounds' should not be in the Account menu for sure. If it goes 
into some menu, it should be in a 'Settings' menu, or something similar to 
that. 'Preferences' will be there too in that case (it is now put in Account 
because of the lack of a better place). So we'll have at least 2 items in 
there, but that is still not enough to justify an extra menu.

If we create an extra menu, and call it 'Tools' we may also put the 'Load/Save 
CL' in there (yeah I *can* work around ambiguities!!! :-D )
