can be translated into
$1 $2 abcdefgh
assuming abcdefgh means "show with" in some language.. so the order is the
way translators want them.. what r u talking about when you say it's
unclear to translators, all translators KNOW that, they've read the docs
before submitting a translation...
and if you're able to explain to me what you really mean and you're right,
then.. what do you propose ?

This way, the order of words can change among languages. $1 and $2 are
here for that.
Yes, there is some variation possible, and it might not be too bad in
this
case because no full sentences are substituted here, but this way of
using
translation keys should generally be avoided IMO, because:
- with bigger substitutions the word order will be a problem,
- case problems (the substituted part beginning with an unneccesary
capital)
[string tolower [trans xxx]] won't fix that, because in German, for
example,
the capital may be wanted (all nouns should start with a capital in
German).
- it is very unclear for translators.
