yeah, we all know that (or at least we should because we should all have read the svnbook by now). But still, the move can be considered dangerous because you can create branches with it and tags, and usually, it's like the 'release technician', you don't want anyone to create tags/branches... that's the reason I think... we should still ask SF I think...
