Thanks for telling us this. I was considering adding support for the #Date
header without a date on every line. But I may have to rethink now. Do you
know how widespread this is? Does it always get it wrong, or was it just one
version of the server?

NB The draft spec (which was never completed) doesn't say that the #Date
header means any more than when the logfile started. I think that an equally
valid (although pretty stupid) point of view is that the date of each entry
should be deduced from the number of times the time has wrapped around
during the logfile.
