If you've still got the daily logs the date at the top should be the date (UTC) for
all log entries. If you need to add dates to daily log files, I wrote a Perl script
for us to do this. I can send it to your (or  a binary, if you don't have Perl on
your NT).

BTW, does anyone know why IIS (and maybe other servers) use UTC for log entries? It
would make more sense to me to use local time. As it is *every* IIS server in the
world closes their logs (and other things, like re-indexes the site) at midnight
UTC, which happens to be 6pm - peak access time -  west-coast US time, which is
probably where a third of the web sites in the world are located (ok, thats an
exageration, but there's a lot of tech companies there). Wouldn;t it make more sense
to do system reindex at off-hours and have set logs represent local time?
