I was thinking that the HOSTALIAS would not let me group the entries with
the additional text.  Looking at the docs once again, I think maybe I need
BOTH the HOSTALIAS and the HOSTOUTPUTALIAS to achieve what I want.  Over
the weekend I read the docs VERY carefully and give that a shot.
