There is information in the log files. I ran analog last thursday on logs
from april 12 and it worked fine. Over the weekend on Sunday, the server
crashed and our systems department fixed the server (had a core dump in the
analog directory) and now I can't run anything. Not even things from a month
ago. I get the same errors for all dates. I have already done a make clean,
make and re-installed analog 4.04 and intalled analog 4.1. And I get the
same errors on all attempts. Any other suggestions?

Ungzip the log and look inside it.

What a lucky girl!
However I think the problem isn't in your machine: maybe some new robot or
strange program leaves odd lines into the log.
Bye!
