These logformats do not store virutual server data. Are they in separate
logfiles?

If they are in one file, you need to change your server's logformat to store
the virtual host data, tehn adjust the LOGFORMAT to include %v. (BTW, Analog
will automatically recognize the format you have)

If they are in separate files, you can use the second argument to LOGFILE to
specify the domain, e.g.

    LOGFILE server2/2000*.log http://www.csct.ltd.uk
    LOGFILE server1/2000*.log http://www.counsellingtraining.com

Then use the directory report to compare the two domains.
