Thanks for the quick reply :   I guess that entries with 0 time are coming
from a cache and not the web-process.

However, surely 0 secs should be counted in the <= 0.01 bucket?  (this
would be logical and less confusing?)

It reports whatever your server writes in the logfiles. So you really need
to consult the server docs, rather than the analog docs.
